| I, myself, am a class of '86 John Carroll University graduate, and a three year football team member. It was there that I became a true student/athlete, and for what I lacked in discipline, I made up for with abandon. Thanks to special teams and the weight room, I had some success at the Division III level. After college, I became an IBEW Local 38 wireman, where I learned about construction and electricity. It was not until 1993 that I had the time to start building the prototype for my invention, the POWERSIZER®. Again, a number of years passed, my idea was again mothballed, and then my small fortune disappeared in the tech stock wreck of 2000 plus. On May 10, 2006 patent application (Appl. No.: 11/431, 870) was filed. Since then it was published (Pub. No.: 2007/0265147A1) on November 15, 2007, and is currently on appeal.
