The ultimate exercise machine has arrived.
  Its name is POWERSIZER®

Now you can take your game to the next level, whether you want to be a bodybuilder, power lifter or strongman. The combined forces of actual iron weight, chain weight and strength band resistance can not be duplicated; and when added to POWERSIZER® 's natural mechanical advantage and leveraging properties, the POWERSIZER® becomes the newest state of the art standard.

The POWERSIZER®  is a total gym that provides the basic combined exercise/sport specific muscle movements required for a high intensity cardio-pumping workout routine. Also, the machine can be used in a self-spotting manner for safe and effective weight-training results in less time and for less cost than the competition. Now you too, can reach your own size and strength goals with the triple action POWERSIZER® exercise machine.

The basic range of POWERSIZER® exercises include the following:

  • Calves Raise with Iron Shoes in reverse position
  • Leg Press and Pull Down with back flush to seat back
  • Leg Press and Row with use of close seat and hold down belt
  • Chest Press with exerciser standing on bench seat
  • Decline Triceps Press with close-grip and standing on bench seat
  • Knee Raises using arm slings on chin-up bar

Additional exercises with the weight rack unhooked from the lifting triangle include:

  • Bent Rows with chain doubled from 4 to 8 lengths
  • Shrugs with back to the machine
  • Seated Press with extra Leg Press seat in place
  • Biceps Curls with user facing machine and standing behind bench seat
  • Clean and Press with weight hoisted from bottom out, stop position
  • Dips (or Chin-ups) with or without dip belt accessory, and adjustable to users height preference

Always warm up with flexibility stretching and/or cardio exercise, and don't attempt to lift too much too soon. A ten rep maximum should get you started with a weight you can handle.

A ten week exercise program should give you at least a 25% increase in strength if a schedule of iron plate weight increases is followed for each exercise.

The chart below gives helpful advice for the novice weight trainer.

Reps 5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 - 100
Rest (min.)   3:00   2:00   1:00   :45   :30
Sets   5   4   3   2   1
Weight   Heavy       Medium       Light

The current status with the United States Patent and Trademark Office is patent pending, however, it can still possibly receive utility patent protection status if a second application is required. We at Team Powersizer® are in the process of obtaining an equipment manufacturer for our product, and have contacted fifty manufacturers in this regard.

We have sent promotional packages to thirty-two NFL teams' head Strength & Conditioning Coaches and twenty college football coaches. In addition, we would welcome all current or former professional athlete, and college or professional coaches' endorsements.
