| Weight training program Following the calendar, one can break down a typical two or three month weight training program with the POWERSIZER® by alternating the previously described 12 exercises with those which are performed with or without attachment of the lifiting triangle to the weight rack. Month 1 --- Light Weight, High Reps for muscle endurance; Month 2 --- Medium Weight, Medium Reps for muscle strength; Month 3 --- Heavy Weight, Low Reps for muscle power; A Monday, Wednesday, Friday routine for Beginners, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday routine for Intermediates, and Monday through Saturday routine for the Advanced are the most common workout splits. One should always strive to keep the rest period between sets of any given exercise to a minimum. Calves, Abs and Forearms should always be worked out in the medium set and rep range, with Calves and Abs both being worked out twice a week. To mantain gains, allow yourself the proper diet, rest and nutritional supplements; and remember the formula for success in weighlifiting: S = D x ( T + N + R ) Success = Determination x ( Training + Nutrition + Recovery)

**An additional brace to hold Deadlift type weight on weight rack is also provided if rack is near full capacity. Always warm up with flexibility stretching and/or cardio exercise, and don't attempt to lift too much too soon. A ten rep maximum should get you started with a weight you can handle. A ten week exercise program should give you at least a 25% increase in strength if a schedule of iron plate weight increases is followed for each exercise. The chart below gives helpful advice for the novice weight trainer.
The current status with the United States Patent and Trademark Office is patent pending, however, it can still possibly receive utility patent protection status if a second application is required.
